SMS Terms

Level Above Fitness Text Messages

  1. Program description. When you opt in (for example, by checking the text-message box on our booking form, or by texting us), you agree to receive text messages from Level Above Fitness about your consultation and our coaching services. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices, follow-up about your consultation and fitness goals, answers to your questions, and information about our coaching programs.
  2. Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.
  3. Rejoining. To rejoin, sign up the same way you did originally (for example, check the text-message box on our booking form), or text START to the number you received messages from, and we will resume sending text messages to you.
  4. Help. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (615) 510-1571 or cam@levelabovefitness.com.
  5. Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Message and data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
  7. Consent is not required. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a consultation or purchasing any service.
  8. Privacy. For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  9. Industry standards. Our messaging program follows the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the guidelines of the wireless carriers.
  10. Legal compliance. Our messaging program is intended to comply with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest version.
